This number also handles complaint although the full complaint process is detailed down the page.  The number can help if you are a small business customer. Lines are open from 8am until 10pm weekdays and from 8am until 8pm weekends.  Calls cost 12.7p a minute from an EE landline with a 15p connection charge. Charges from other providers will vary and could be a lot more.

If you want to talk about broadband or Talk services with EE, call 0800 079 8586.  This number is for queries around these services, set up or cancellation queries or also track your order.  If you need to change an engineer’s appointment or get help troubleshooting a problem this is the line to call.  If it is busy you can also use 0207 362 0200. Lines are open from 8-10 weekdays and 8-8 weekends but closed some bank holidays.

4GEE Mobile WiFi – 07953 966 502

If you have a 4GEE mobile Wi-Fi package, you can speak to the dedicated team on 07953 966 502.  This number is for the specialist mobile broadband team who help with payments, topping up an account or general account management.  It can also help with troubleshooting problems you are experiencing. Lines are open from 8am until 10om weekdays and 8am until 8pm weekends.  It is free from EE landlines and mobiles. Check with your provider for the cost of other networks.

If you want to join EE as a new customer, you can call 0800 956 6000.  This line handles all the EE packages including mobile, SIM, broadband, TV or 4GEE.  You can find out about packages, services and see what offers they have. If you are a small business with less than 50 employees, then you can use 0800 956 6100 or if you are a large business with more than 50 employees, you can call 0800 079 0888.  All lines are free from all UK phones are open from 8am until 10pm weekdays and 8am until 8pm weekends.
