There are three main options for customer services for BT – 0800 800 150, 0843 504 7163 or 0800 800 150. The last is a freephone number while the 0843 number is charged at 7p a minute plus access charge and the 0870 number is charged at 13p a minute plus access charge.
You can ring any of these numbers for general help with your account, information about which department you need or for any of their services. This includes landlines, mobiles, broadband, BT TV and Sport or any other product.

If you want to move your BT services to a new address, you can ring 0800 100 400. This line is a freephone one and is open 8-8 Mon-Sat and from 9-6 Sundays.
You can use this number to change the address for your phone, broadband and TV services. If you don’t have an account with BT but want to start one, you can also ring this number. But if you want a quote first, you should ring 0800 800 150 for this.

If you want to cancel your service with BT, then call 0800 783 1401. This is the specialist cancellation department where you can cancel a landline, broadband, TV or Sport package. These lines are free to call apart from when using a payphone. They are available from 8-9 weekdays, 8-8 on Saturdays and 9-6 Sundays.
